You guys haven't reverted the changes yet? Lmao, shouldn't even be a question, you see how pissed the community is, "damn we made a mistake on this one." sorry everyone, this was a hasty decision on our parts, we reverted all the changes we announced earlier, have fun and go nuts! Happy holidays. Its ok to admit when your wrong and you all are wrong on this one.

They should not revert this change. 200 pages of comments doesn’t equate to the entire “community”, there are some of us who are sane and understand this is for the best.
We get it, you don't want to engage with the temple, do not wish to put in the effort building requires, so you sit back and giggle at those that it effects.

They didn't fix bugs, the gutted a mechanic people were engaged in while not actually addressing the issues those who engaged with the exploits created.

Sitting there, patting yourself on the back for your own virtue, while gleefully taunting those in distress kinda makes you look like a douche.
Distress? Check yourself, because you might need a therapist, not more divine orbs.
If you took the time to read some of the comments you would see there are quite a lot of people in distress. You can try to shrug off the fact that your attitude is quite poor by slinging shit at me, it wont change the fact your sitting there happy at the misfortune of others becuase they had what you do not.

I am not distressed, I'm about as irritated at your shitty attitude as I am with GG short sightnedness.
cant you see? more currency = more chances to craft = more builds to try = more fun = player base sustain. i was really considering even not playing poe 1 league just to perfect a temple and really learn to craft from my own currency and not just on craft of exile, but GGG said NO! No to fun, no to everything stated above.

Really disappointed along with the thousands of other voices here. Just started playing the league after being on vacation about a week ago and just got to endgame and started paying attention to temples, only to have them immediately nerfed into oblivion. Yet another league mechanic I can't engage with. I just dont understand. Guess I'm not buying any more mtx, my hundreds of hours and money don't feel valued.
Woke up this morning with the idea to spend those 60 crystals I earned by doing 30 T15 with 6 mods maps...
Ran a temple and thought I had bad luck because not a lot of drops (much much less than yesterday evening)
Then, I checked the effectiveness .. was still displaying correctly in the temple setup but on the HUD was 80% lower !!
Tried to lock usual snake head but wasn't able.... so I locked the first T3 rooms availables
I closed the temple and OMG !
Paused the game and went here to check patch notes ( I didn't read them after download...)
Next, you know it.. I am disappointed and think about quitting the league

+1 to revert patch now ( not after the week end )

Why GGG just cant explain that situation? Why GGG just delete posts and make silent?
This hotfix was spectacularly tone-deaf. In a single, unexplained move, GGG gutted the only reason to keep engaging with the league mechanic - Measured End Game Progression (not loot). For the first time in a long while, the community had a real sense of endgame momentum—something actually worth grinding toward. And instead of tuning it, you obliterated it mid-season.

Yes, the loot scaling was high. Everyone knew that. But there’s a universe of difference between balancing and outright deleting the core structure of temples halfway through the league. That’s not balance—that’s bait-and-switch. You proudly claim you don’t nerf things mid-league, then immediately hide behind the tired excuse of “it was a bug” or “unintended behavior” when it’s convenient. That line has completely lost credibility.

What’s worse is the pattern this exposes: the community repeatedly discovers how to push your systems further and more creatively than your own developers ever anticipated—and instead of embracing that, you punish it. If your players understand the limits of your game better than the people building it, that’s not a player problem. That’s a development problem.

This change didn’t just kill a mechanic—it killed motivation. It sent a loud, clear message that time invested means nothing and anything fun is temporary until it’s deemed “too rewarding.” After 1,500+ hours, I’ve hit my limit. This wasn’t a misstep; it was a betrayal of player trust.

Do better, GGG. Because right now, I’m done.
