Exactly. So others need to sacrifice a body Armour slot to get similar effect.
Class identity doesn't exclude combat balance.
Some classes would like to play Fire spells thematically, but its low base crit makes it usable only by BMage again.

I can see you are playing a Blood Mage and you just don't want to agree with facts in fear of nerfs. That's understandable. I only proposed buffs to non-crit scalings, no nerfs for you. Blood Mage is dominating because of how undisputed champion of scaling the Crit is. We bring other methods up and we should be fine.
