+1. Other modifiers than unique should cover weaknesses of whole build. Also drop rate should be like Divine drops. Unique items lost their values.

im ok with comedy, but im not ok with "200 atk speed" and 10 physical damage. that is not even comedy anymore, thats just depressing :))

i agree with you on the first half, because uniques with 8 modifiers sounds like crazy OP.

The only uniques that are any good are the usual suspects that are located at end game and vastly overpriced due to how good they are. 99% of all other uniques in the game though are just trash, instant conversion into chance shards and have no use even if you get them at a level where you can use them. often it's not even worth picking them up.
my point, exactly. uniques are supposed to be giving players the "wow" moment especially when we lucky enough to get them early.

Why should they? They are unique, not OP.
So Rares with T1 and 6 modifiers are OP..... Ok
i would say maybe because uniques got strong modifiers build into it. like it gives you special effects like the constricting viper cap with its surrounded effect. alpha howl with 400 evasion plus 100 spirit. i mean spirit is a rare commodity and a helmet that gives 400 evasion plus 100 spirit and cold resist ? that is good enough, strong but not too OP.
