You can go A&A but im pretty sure 8% chance will leave you with some crucial downtime on elusive, with ascedancy point it's 50% chance so it's pretty much perma. It doesn't refresh, you have to wait for first to end before you can get new elusive.

@fesboss 7.25 is very low, and 8.4 with elusive is even worse. Use lycosidae shield for now and 1 cospri's, You will have around optimal proc rate for 1 hand, and 100% hit chance. More dmg for sure. Also your gem setup is far from optimal.

from how much aps i can put the second cospri?

with 1 cospri i have 6.58 without elusive

Is awaking fire pen better that fortify and can someone give me alink for good jewels and can someone have patience to talk to me I'm still new player after all

Change a=1 https://www.desmos.com/calculator/a6ueiriuna and here you can see it on graph this is for 1 hit of a weapon. So with 8.4 is 4 proc per cospri, and 4 proc for 6L. 1H will give you 7.5procs from 1 cospri, and 7.5 from chest. With 100% hit chance, from lycosidae this will be better setup for sure. If you wanna go dual wield with this aps add 2nd spell in 6L. Also add hypothermia to your frostbomb, but vortex is even better. No cast time so you can cast while spinning in cyclone.

I've a Level 4 Enlighten therefore I can use Zealotry, right?
Also why would you use Fire Pen instead of Fortify if the only skill that benefits from it is Wave of Conviction or am I missing something? Can somebody link me the upgraded version? With Zealotry and the Awakened Gems?

Added fire is even better than fire pen, at lvl 5 it gives +1 level to WoC, WoC is HUUGE damage and is physical at the start so you can scale it even better, and is 6L so will hit hard eventually. In my last "normal" setup WoC was doing the biggest dmg by far, even counting nova two times. I don't have last setup but i didn't invest in any awakened gem other than added fire, coz it was cheap.

Any ideas what my next upgrades would be? I have another Circle of Anguish with -3 to mana cost to replace the elder Ring, but so far I am not sure if that would be better since I would lose 3 frenzy stacks. I am also trying to corrupt a Devotos since I feel like mapping is a lot smoother with it.

Yes, 16.6 is 5.5 procs so you missing on 2 procs for 6L, and 4procs per cospri's so 3.5 missing, So in total you are getting 13.5 out of 22.5 procs. So almost half of procs are missing.
