Problems about using Window Fullscreen

Dear GGG Support Team,

I am writing to report a persistent issue regarding display settings in Path of Exile. Currently, I am unable to modify the resolution while running the game in Windowed Fullscreen mode. The resolution dropdown menu is greyed out and unresponsive.

I have already attempted the following troubleshooting steps without success:

1. The Switch Method: Toggling between Windowed, Fullscreen, and Windowed ullscreen using Alt + Enter and the in-game menu.

2. Manual .ini Edits: Manually changing the resolution_width and resolution_height values within the production_Config.ini file. Despite saving these changes, the game reverts to my native desktop resolution upon launch.

My goal is to run the game in a borderless environment but at a lower resolution than my native monitor settings to improve performance. Is there a known workaround or a specific command line argument that can force a resolution override in this mode?

System Specifications:

OS: Windows 11

GPU: 1660 super

Native Resolution: [3840x2160]

Desired Resolution: [1920x1080]
