Harvest Bosses (t4 seeds)

Hi, we got this league like 6 years ago and it's hilarious to wait EVEN 5-10 MINUTES for boss to change to the next phase. Please for the love of god repair these bosses.

Or maybe i'm doing something wrong so, explain me what i need to do to make harvest bosses change phase.
