I have mixed thoughts if this happens with phrecia. Phrecia is already bad enough with the idols and some ascendencies that are still pretty bad in general. If this happens without phrecia then it would be interesting but how do you compensate the lack of some modifiers on items? "Parade your victories, hide your defeats. Mortals are so insecure."
