Sorrow of the Divine does not give Zealot's Oath in reduced flask effect maps

In maps with the new mod "Players have 65% less effect of flasks applied to them" the Sorrow of the Divine flask does not give the effects of the Zealot's Oath keystone.

I tested this by going into the map with the flask and a tides of time belt. On the character sheet I saw that I still have life regen, and no energy shield regen.

What makes you think this is a bug?
Even if there is one the thing looks logical from the game (predatory) design patterns. The value of the mod is boolean, it gives you the keystone effect as value 1 (bool true)
When the value is reduced to less than 0.5 it is rounded down to zero (bool false) so you getting none of the mod effect.

Obviously rounding should not be applied to bool values (but developers know better ™)
