no exit to boss room on al hezmin.

I ran the map, went in, killed the boss, went in and killed al-hezmin, opened mirage, went in and killed boss again, then went in and killed al-hezmin again, but this time, there's no exit to the room.

I typed /bug, and tried to screenshot it, but it said player not found in area. this is repeatable, I've done it twice.
