Atlas runners bug...

So, I had an "unexpected disconnection" while fighting the Bandit Lord who kidnapped my atlas runners...
When I reconnected, the portal was gone, and I can't even pay a ransom, I just can abandon the poor dudes. Can you please fix that ? Thanks in advance.  Last bumped on Apr 4, 2026, 11:38:22 PM

Since you entered the instance but didn't defeat the boss, you failed. Now you can only abandon.
