How will reliquarian work in standard?

Have ggg released anything on what happens once reliquarian goes to standard? Tried googling this but couldn't find anything. Will you get to keep the uniques from whatever league you played and then be able to update to the newest by redoing lab, or will it just auto update and break your build? Kinda at the point in league where I just wanna fuck around with fun stuff but I don't wanna invest a lot in something thats gonna be useless when league ends

reliquarian builds will be bricked come next league.


GGG won't have different trees for standard/league, so it will be like every other ascendancy change... builds will be bricked, when tree is changed you will be auto specced into its replacement(eg armor choice #5 becomes new armor choice #5) and you will be given a free full tree respec if desired(as with every other tree/ascendancy rework).


whole reason I will never play a reliquarian... I play 1 build a league(to a fairly high investment)... and don't have the energy to theorycraft a build in a few days to play in league... and by the time build guides for it come out I am done for the league.

That really sucks. Hope they change it in the future, otherwise reliquarian isn't really worth it

doubt they will change it, that is reliquarians thing, something new every league.


I just hope its among the first things teased every league.

they literally said in the Q and A with Ziggy that standard players can still just choose the Ascendant if they are worried about "bricked" characters. . .
