Gem tab and Flask tab not fully functional with an item on your cursor

Everywhere else in the game if you have an item on your cursor, whatever you're hovering over will pop up a tooltip. That's not the case for these 2 tabs.

Scroll wheel also becomes disabled with an item on your cursor, only for these 2 tabs.

Compare to the Divination and Uniques tabs. Pick up an item, hover over cards or uniques, their tooltips pop up. Scroll wheel also correctly scrolls up and down in these tabs.
