Failed to connect to instance

Currently, I cannot play the game without using a VPN. If I am not on US server, I cannot go to US instance (i.e. hideout). It always says "Failed to connect to instance". My internet is completely stable and this behaviour is always reproducible so it cannot be my internet having issues.
