Eldritch altar "Final boss drops x additional Scarabs" not working with bosses from scarabs

Apparently from what I've seen this bug has been in the game since 2024, would be nice to see this finally fixed.

In short, any Div card or Currency reward option from eldritch altars work fine with bosses from Pandemonium or Terrors scarabs, except for Scarab rewards.
