keeps kicking me out of the instance

Is everyone having a problem with being kicked out of the instance now?

Because I log in and it happens on every character.

I think I found a solutiuon that worked. I was experiencing this for 2 days.

Conenct to another one of your characters but in standard. It will load your standard character into your Hideout. From there I swtiched back to mirage and it worked first time.
