Trade Teleporting is Broken

Trying to telport to another user's hideout for instant buyout is broken. This started yesterday.

Clicking on the teleport to hideout on the trade website boots you out to the main login screen. It gives you a failed to load instance error.

This needs to be addressed as all trades of this type are now bricked until it is fixed.

when you want to trade, you teleport to another player's instance and if he is on a server that doesn't work for you, he kicks you out of the game. Currently, there's the same problem in POE2, some servers don't work for some players, e.g. Frankfurt or Amsterdam it doesn't work for me.
