[SSF] Heist quest contract "The Matter of Honour" never drops

Hi everyone,

I'm playing on SSF (Solo Self-Found) and I'm trying to complete Adiyah's Heist questline. The first quest contract – "The Matter of Honour" – simply will not drop from Smuggler's Caches.

I've already tried blocking the drop pool of other quest contracts by keeping them in my inventory, but the one I need still never appears.

My suspicion: I might have picked up "The Matter of Honour" a while ago, and then unknowingly dropped it to free up inventory space (since quest contracts can't be sold to vendors and just take up space). After that, it seems to have disappeared from the drop pool entirely – possibly because the game thinks I've already "seen" it or completed that step, but I haven't.

I understand that on trade league I could just buy the unique contract for the helmet from another player, but on SSF I'm stuck. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
