Frankfurt and london servers (and maybe other) still have FAILED TO JOIN INSTANCE problems, can somebody PLEASE restart the servers and fix the issue???

Yeah, none of the Canada (my country) or US servers letting me join. Keeps giving error that Failed to connect to instance.
