Viper Strike of the Mamba not applying poison properly Bug Report ID: #577,380,496

Viper Strike of the Mamba appears to be failing to apply poison properly, it appears that a miniscule poison is applied first before the proper mamba poison is applied.
Edit to summarise findings: Viper Strike of the Mamba applies a single poison, and with my scaling I am reaching over damage cap with a single application (over 35.7m dps) - apparently stored as damage per minute with an unsigned int (~2billion dpm/35.7m dps). Given the viper strike poison exceeds the value of this variable, it appears that the poison damage stored is either discarded or overflows to a negligible value, however it still applies a poison at that value (0 or insignificant). Since a poison IS applied, I cannot apply another poison, and alchemists mark triggers caustic ground (also for 0/negligible damage) It appears the damage stored is before damage reduction, so the total damage is irrelevant between normal mobs or uber bosses. Removing damage links allows damage to be dealt. Bug Report ID: #577,380,496 Video recording here: https://streamable.com/g9fyp5 I am using Celestial Mathematics with 26000 ward, I can see that the cold damage is being correctly applied, as Uber Searing Exarch has his ES substantially removed with each hit (I have effectively no other sources of damage), but no noticeable hp damage. I have 100% Chancec to poison on main and offhand (110% actually, or 130% with herald of agony active) I am dual wielding pneumatic daggers (All damage can poison) and both have Hits cant be evaded crafted on. I do NOT have perfect agony allocated, nor granted by any item. I have whirling blades linked to brutality to remove poison chance, I am not using it or frostblink at all in this scenario. I can tell that a poison IS applied, as Alchemists mark causes a puddle to appear under the boss, but they take no HP damage indicating that it is effectively based on a negligible poison. I have tried with turning alchemists mark off, herald of agony off (i suspected it might be applying poison since the character sheet says 45% chance to poison, but it was turned off entirely), all cast on ward break disabled (normally casting Immortal call, Withering step and despair). Notably, I did not notice this occurring a few days ago (unsure of time frame). you don't have that POB fully config'd to the scenario that would be up in game.
only thing I can think of... is you actually have to much damage, dot damage has a technical limitation(the game uses a 32-bit signed integer to store total damage per minute) and getting to much will cause it to overflow and thus doing 0 damage try removing a couple damage supports and see if it starts poisoning, if it does this is what is happening. |

I updated my Pobb to exactly current build.
With config at: Uber Pinnacle I have 19m poison dps with mamba and 17m caustic ground dps with alch mark. (With all 5 supports on Mamba) I still had some inconsistency with removing supports, but when I go down to just Melee Phys, WED, Mamba it actually did damage... Thats odd, I thought it just restricted your dot dps to the ~35mill cap, not deleted it entirely, even though my dps isnt over the post-mitigation uber pinnacle cap?
