Failed to connect to any instance

Good morning...

Another thread just to confirm that maybe my issue is widespread.

Basically, as I read over here as well, it seems we cannot enter any instances. But I can see a lot of people still playing in game.

The other weird part is that when I use a VPN, everything works. In that case, would it be a ISP issue? Yesterday night was totally fine with my ISP and no failures whatsoever.

Did they blocked my ISP overnight? I don't think so...

The latency with the VPN is soooo bad so basically impossible to play :(

same - I logged in, went to Kingsmarch, then to my HO and tried to start a map.
Failed to connect to any instance.
Tried another map - same
I exit game, run files check, logged in and now I cannot even go to my HO.
