The issue was solved by a senior staff member with the conclusion that:

"

this action seems to have been placed erroneously on your account

But this has happened again. My characters are renamed again.
It seems to me the staff member who did that is not aware about the case. Please make it clear across first line support that a name "    " doesn't breach anything and they shouldn't do a kneejerck-like mod actions.
