Cannot go into my Hideout even after a fresh reinstall.

Hi GGG,

I was in the middle of a map earlier today, paused for about 10 minutes, then came back to the game. When I unpaused to continue playing, my game was unresponsive and I had to exit the game. After restarting the game, I managed to load up my character and get into the Karui Shores area, however when I jump into my hide out I will get stuck in the loading screen and then get kicked off the server. Leaving me back in the login menu with the message "Failed to connect to instance."

Frustrated with this, I tried both repairing the client, and fresh reinstall. Neither of those worked.

Please help me figure out what is going on. I also tried all of the other areas from the teleport tab "Aspirant's Trial, Menagerie, Kingsmarch, etc" they all disconnect me back to the title screen with the same "Failed to connect to instance." message.

+1 same shit happening to me, cant go anywhere other then karui shores, anywhere else is "Failed to join instance"

You are actually a genius, I joined stockholm server and got into my HO. After I quit and came back to Cali servers, I managed to get back into my HO. Thank you so much!

Actually the problem is not resolved Q_Q

I can get into my HO now, but I keep getting the "failed to connect to instance" after trying to get into a map...

I have wasted like 3 div of scarabs now cuz of this problem.
