I agree Clearfell Waypoint can be removed from the game as it's 20 ft away from town entrance, which is unnecessary.

But see no problem with the Clearfell entrance back to town as there needs to be a transition between safe and unsafe zones.

Not sure why OP took so long to make his points, but he could have made them in two sentences:
"Clearfell waypoint is useless because it's too close to town and we have waypoints too."
and
"I wish the transition from Clearfell town to zone was seamless."

To the first one I'd say I agree. I guess the waypoint is there for an easy return to the optional quest, but ultimately it feels like bloat to anyone reasonable.

To the second point, having seamless transitions between a safe zone and a combat zone requires handling the mobs that cross the zones too. Clearfell would need some guards that kill everything on sight like in Act 2 or the first zone of Act 3. I suppose there could just be an invisible wall that looks like an auto-opening/closing gate that only allowed players through, but that would be somewhat immersion breaking. So I agree that having seamless transitions between more zones would be nice in theory, but it's very difficult to do right and I don't think it's worth the effort or the risk in practice.

Less loading while playing, the better. Too many loading episodes while playing is something I dislike & I found many loading episodes that I dislike.

If "Clearfell Encampment" & "Clearfell" & "The Grelwood" & "The Red Vale" were connected without in need of load while moving from A to B by foot. That would be perfect.

Entering the "Mud Burrow" or "The Grim Tangle" is understandable that it has to load. They are not on the same ground level or altitude.

"Clearfell Encampment" & "Clearfell" & "The Grelwood" & "The Red Vale" they are on the same ground level or same altitude.

Thank you for reading this.

Loading town with combat zone would be problematic as game engine loads NPCs and stash data, but also disables combat mechanics, skills, and enemy AI to ensure zone remains safe.

I dont care how problematic it is. If other companies can solve it for 20 years ago, so can the Path Of Exile 2 team.

This is a first world problem to be honest. GGG should get the new content in the game before worrying about this.
I disagree.

At the very least, they could delete the Clearfell Waypoint, which could be done in a coffee break.

And I don't care, if you disagree.

This game is still unfinished, acts are missing, classes and weapons are missing. They do a complete overhaul oif the endgame what will cause many many issues to fix once it is releaased. All that while they are crerating new leagues....

And you ramble around in a weird 3:30 vid about the three starting zones, which 99% never visit again in every new season, after they left it after...15 minutes? Yes the WP is misplaced, but I still never cared about it. On the GGGs priority list this one is even below the question "Who of the trainees has to clean the toilets, when the cleaners are ill and on holidays?". Time to get over it, even when it haunts you in your dreams.

Really, first world problem doesn't even describe it exactly...it's a zero world problem.

Looks more like aclickbait to check your youtube channel and click on your twitch profile... Isn't the best advertisement for that though
