Harvest exit "portal" did not spawn

Randomly did not get the harvest exit portal after entering harvest area during a map. Was stuck inside and had to back out to character select to proceed with running the map.

This just happened to me, too. Since it occured in the Mirage, I was able to escape the Harvest via teleporting to the Mirage portal (F7) |
