Hard to pick up items and interact with objects

I have to click items multiple times to pick them up, same with interacting with objects, because instead of picking-up an item I move to its location (literally). Have to hold Shift and left-click things. Blighted map was real messy:(

I have movement on left mouse button. Key pickup disabled.
Feels like movement takes priority over item-pickup and objects interaction.

Problems started after Mirage league launch. Probably as a result of this QOL changes - click shrine instead of attacking monsters.

Maps are taking longer now, imagine someone with this problem that plays harbinger farming LOL

Also have this problem. Takes multiple clicks to pick up items but not ALL the time. Have tried every setting and nothing works
