Market history not working.

My market history for both Standard and Mirage aren't showing anything either on the website or in-game since the new league started. The website gives an error message "Failed to retrieve merchant history. Please try again later." I cleared my browser cache and cookies but that didn't help. I tried contacting support since this doesn't seem to be a wide-spread issue, and they told me to post here.

Mine doesn't work either, I don't think it ever has. My friend who also plays was confused why I wasn't able to see my history after trying to show me through Xile app. I tried both Xile app, the website, and also FAustus directly clicking on that Sales History tab (I never thought of clicking on).

I've sold probably about 5 items so far and that's over a couple of months. I tried doing the clear cache/cookies and checked everything on the PoE website... nada....

If you find a fix, please post as I'm not sure where else to go with this bug either...

Is there any direct support we can email or contact to resolve?

It suggested to check the known issue thread... THIS IS WHAT BROUGHT ME TO THIS PAGE! So I guess there isn't any fix for this... Seriously, spending $300+ on a game and they can't even help due to a shortage of staff resources??? Wow
im having the exact same issue ( on a ps5pro )

it shows the list ingame but i cant look at each item and on the website it says failed to load everytime.
