Eldrich empowrement lich ascendy node bugged?

there was no mentioned of lich ascendy having any changes the node thats suppose to give 30% more spell dmg for spells that you sacrificed 5% of your energy shield instead now says it gives 5% more spell dmg that it s misstypo right?
