Cyclone sometimes does no damage

Have to stop spinning, and start again to do damage. This might be tied to hollow palm / dancing dervish (?). Has happened quite a few times, and when it happens, the sword won't proc dervishes, and you better stop and start again, or you are dead... Very frustrating

I am also playing a hollow palm dancing dervish build with brutality socketed. i am having the same issue and it happens completely at random. very frustrating when the only source of my life is leech.

I gave up dervish + hollow palm due to this. Sad, because it was really really good.
