Player one weapon slot 1 not registering - bug ref# 1,302,027,643

It's happening to me. On a minion witch lvl 18. I had to switch to my 2nd weapon slot because my first weapon slot won't register at all. No ascendancy just reached act 2. And it quit working halfway through the end of act 1 boss. Playing on a Xbox series S. As player one on shared screen couch co op. An I think I lost them around the time player 2 died in second stage of Gregor fight.
