Petrified Blood Skill Buff ongoing Sound Effect is grating

There is a SFX that plays while you have Petrified Blood active. This sound is incredibly grating and irritating because it is essentially up all the time. The sound itself is a bit to scratchy for something that plays constantly.

Fortunately, the Invisible Buff Effect MTX causes the sound effect to no longer play.
