Fireslinger Chieftain?

I wonder if something like a fireball/rolling magma build with supporting skills like WoC and Flame Wall would be viable? Getting the mana reserve costs down would be tricky, but if I can manage to do it this build could have potential. You could go either fireball or rolling magma depending on preference, but I have a feeling fireball will still be the better dps skill.

Thoughts?
